If there’s a will, there’s a way.

Make sure you are able to find your way. Remember, “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.” How many times have you knocked? Keep asking, keep seeking, and keep knocking.

With that said, “Knock, knock.”

The Broke Investor has finished most of S.M.A.R.T Goal #4: build an online book exchange platform. Now, why didn’t The Broke Investor finish building givegetbooks.com, well technically, he did.

The only thing that is stopping from releasing what has been built is, currently, there is not a need/want for the platform. If you have taken a growth marketing course before, you will know that the best thing to do is to build a waiting list to have an audience to reach out to once the product is finally available.

The thing is, The Broke Investor is already familiar with what it takes to run an online business. It is not as simple as a movie will play it out to be. Unfortunately, it’s not everyday you run into a set of twins that contract you out to build something for them and then you go off and “re-skin” the project and name it your own. That’s already been done.

The best thing that The Broke Investor can think of that’s stopping him from reaching financial independence is anxiety. “What if I try and I don’t make it? What if I do make it and can’t handle it?” This type of broke thinking is what stunts anyone’s growth to success.

You don’t have to tell everyone what you are up to, but if you ever want to go beyond living an average life, you need to do more than what average do. The average clock in at work, talk about how long until they clock out, clock out, and then go off and complain about having to clock-in the next day.

Broke Tip: A person can improve their effectiveness by 50%, 100%, 1000%.

time-is-money

Let’s not be clock pushers. We are life pushers. Pushing towards a better life. There is no shame in that, there is only honor. Even if everything does crumble, make sure to pick up the pieces and see the opportunities that are brought about.

As always,

Keep growing, keep investing. Even if you are, The Broke Investor.
